A white wine characterized by hints of the sea and flint.Tender and soft start with layers of hazelnut, honey, hay, apple, and white flowers. Although technically a white wine they do a week of skin maceration inox, so it doesn't retain the color, but gives this delicate perfumed Fiano a medium body. The wine is racked into barrels.
Made by Valentino Dibenedetto and his four children, who together run the project L'Archetipo. They are at the forefront of Italy's regenerative viticulture movement combined with conscientious and fair labor practices. The Fiano vines are 60 years old, unplowed, with at least an inch and a half of humus.
