A textural and terroir-driven Riesling from Alsace to demonstrate a unique counterpoint to the more classic Rieslings from across the border. Notes of pineapple and apricot and a hint of petrol and almonds. Truly a stunner, zingy acidity but not sharp; this wine will glide down your tongue, like you're gliding on smooth ice. You could say this Riesling is a Chenin in disguise, but it still has that fun petrol note. A smoky and peppery note will surprise you on the tail.
Lindenlaub, like many in Alsace, is an estate that dates back to 1759. Cristophe is an exuberant man and this personality shines through in his wines.
