Burgundy, France— Distilled in Scottland in 2003, Couvreur’s Overaged is the base blended whisky in the range. It spent 12 years in PX Sherry in humid Burgundy cellars. Dried flowers, dates, chocolate, flaxen tobacco, sherry and almond flavors combine with marked freshness and balance. Unique whisky within a famous, artisanal range. Various young Scotch Whiskies were sent for storage in Michel’s cellars in France to create this blend of 50+ malts with ages between 12-27 years.
