A beautiful balance of sweet and savory aromas from the Zelen and Malvasia and an assertive palate of Rebula and Laški. On the nose, it is reminiscent of a developed mature wine with notes of dry flowers and peach green tea, yet a youthful and pronounced palate, with gentle tannins, and a tremendously elegant and lengthy finish.
Grapes were hand-picked at full ripeness grapes and destemmed to fermenter where a 7-day maceration with indigenous yeast takes place.
Field blend of approx. 45% Rebula, 35% Malvasia, 5-10% Zelen, 15% Welschriesling
