This is your wine for red sauce dinner. A classic Sangiovese blend hailing from higher altitude in Chianti, Colli Aretini. Paterna was started in 1982 by a group of friends who wanted to move out of Florence, away from tourism and into the countryside. The land has never seen pesticides, they have always worked it organically and the folks they bought it from never sprayed as well. All cherry, smooth, medium bodied and balanced. Just simply the perfect Chianti.
