A fleshy field-blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier and Clairette. A delicious hazy white with notes of juicy white nectarine. Acidity balances the ripe fruit notes.
Winemaking: Hand harvested, farmed to biodynamic principles. Fruit spends a day in the fridge to retain delicate aromatics. Pressed slowly over 6 hours and co-fermented in fibreglass, Lori tries to keep early fermentations cool with circulated water. Aged in concrete. Bottled in January 2021.
