Every year Pinhook releases a unique batch of rye and bourbon whiskies. Pinhook ‘Bourbon Heist’ Bourbon was distilled at Old Taylor Distiller, now known as Castle & Key. This Kentucky Straight Bourbon has a mash bill of all non-GMO and local grains, 75% corn, 15% rye, and 10% malted barley, and has a bright nose of tangerine and coffee, with hints of clove and vanilla on the palate and a note of toasted almonds and sassafras. 49% ABV
