Made from 100% Rose Hill Farm estate grown fruit, this delectable sipper is 76% carbonic-macerated stone fruit (plums, cherries, and apricots) co-fermented with 24% cider, bottled méthode ancestral. Raw, unfined, and unfiltered, this is a whole orchard in a bottle! Luscious plum aromas lead into a mixture of stone fruit and apple flavors on a velvety palate, followed by a cherry-tinged finish.
