Casa Libre is the project of Santiago based winemaker, Fred Skwara. Following winemaking projects across the globe, Fred settled back in his home country of Chile to start a unique and exciting project. His focus is on sourcing pristine grapes from the surrounding valleys and making his wines with as little intervention as possible. To this end, he only works with organic growers. Furthermore, in the cellar he only uses sulfur on some of his wines and always at the lowest possible level.
