High altitude organic and biodynamic Sangiovese grown in the Appenine mountains in Umbria.
It's a great medium-body Sangiovese with dusty soft tannins and bright acidity. Plum and cherries on the nose, and a funky balsamic note. Great with charcuterie, hearty pasta, and cheese.
The wine is fermented spontaneously with native yeast, unfiltered, and bottled with no additional sulfites. Fermented in concrete then aged in fiberglass
