The Pet Garg Sparkling White was made from biodynamically farmed Bombino grapes. The fruit fermented spontaneously with native yeast in steel tanks. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered, re-fermenting in the bottle to produce bubbles.
The nose is yeasty with citrus aromas. This sparkling wine is acid-driven on the palate with citrus/lemon flavors. The yeast provides a nice textural cushion for the acid, but there is still some tartness. The Pet Garg White is the perfect bottle for a hot, poolside summer day.
