A refreshing drink made with the re-hydrated skins of skin-fermented Viognier from California, from a hillside vineyard with rocky volcanic soils. Their fast draining in combination with the high winds and afternoon sun exposure leads to incredibly thick and flavorful skins – perfect piquette material!
Making of: the grape pomace was rehydrated and then spontaneously fermented, including malolactic fermentation. Canned without fining, filtration or any additional SO2 adds.
Personality: easy-drinking aromatic drink, perfect for any occasion when you’re just a little thirsty. 7% ABV.
